PlantView® Self Assessment
PlantView Self Assessment Tool develops free-formed team performance assessments and benchmarks work processes. Simple forms aid the peer team to efficiently complete a structured assessment, and provide a justified and defend-able ranking. Assessment reports show findings, rankings, and improvement recommendations. Summary reports show performance results visually as rankings and charted comparisons of trends.
How Self Assessments Work
The excellence grid concept divides a particular business objective (e.g. Maintenance Excellence, Operations Excellence) into categories, elements and sub-elements.For each element/sub-element a series of questions are defined with each response assigned a particular number of points. An assessment is conducted by 1-n users, and the results are combined into a score for each category, element and sub-element. Management can use the results to focus their energy on areas requiring improvement.
