How the Report Library Works
PlantView Report Library is a simplified document management system that is focused on engineering reports and documents produced during periodic maintenance & inspection. These reports are usually comprehensive assessments of a large plant component. The user enters data via template based data entry forms to capture engineering information. The report summary information is extracted, including equipment condition ranking, problem description, and recommendations. The original report are uploaded as attachments for reference.
Reports Library facilitate broad access to documents across the enterprise. Roll-up views of reports are provided to facilitate users making sound maintenance decisions. Search tools support query and review by plant, unit or report summary information.
